Its name refers to the three colours of the inflorescence – cherry, canary with indigo. The petals are indigo. It likes bright light and humidity to become colourful. Medium plants start out at approx 10cm and Large are 15cm+ reaching a mature size of 25cm in height and 10cm wide. With bright light and high humidity, Tricolour will become a real standout plant. One of the ‘Must Have’ plants for those new to air plants, it is easy to care for and very rewarding. Flower spikes are cherry red turning yellow, and flowers are indigo.
