The Goldilocks Rule! Not too hot… Not too cold…
So, your prized collection of air plants have been happily living on an airy windowsill through the Summer… but will they like it in the Winter? Probably not if it is right near a radiator! Air plants will not like the drying heat of it during the day, or if it is very cold in the night. If possible move them to another spot, where they will breathe a sigh of relief and live to see another Spring!
How much to water?
In the Winter, depending on how dry and warm your house is, once every other week should be enough, and increase the watering in Spring as they days get longer and warmer. Better still, move them to the bathroom or kitchen where they will happily enjoy the warm humid air.
